Double-chambered right ventricle associated with membranous interventricular septal aneurysm.

A 16-year-old boy was referred to our cardiology clinic for investigation of his heart murmur. He had mild exertional dyspnea. On physical examination, the patient appeared well and nondysmorphic. General physical examination showed no abnormalities except a grade 2/6 pansystolic murmur near the right sternal border. Laboratory findings were within normal limits and chest radiography showed mild cardiac enlargement. The ECG showed normal sinus rhythm.
